Club Delaray COVID-19 Update

Following the Victorian Government’s latest directive to slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), metropolitan Melbourne will return to Stage 3 Stay at Home restrictions from 11.59pm on Wednesday 8 July 2020.

In line with the advice and directives by the Victorian Government, Club Delaray will be temporarily closed from 10pm, Wednesday 8 July 2020 until further notice.

During this period, we will continue to carry out preventative maintenance works as required by the Occupancy Permit and Insurance Policy, but there will be a reduction in some services.

Essential services and essential maintenance work by contractors in and around the club will continue to ensure the property does not become dormant as this would cost more to bring the club back to its regular high standard. Any savings made during the closure will be applied against future Owners Corporation contributions.

We can confirm that Quantum is operating business as usual. Your support team are still readily available via phone and email to address any concerns you have, though due to burden on the phone networks we are finding you may experience some delays over the phone; email is suggested at this time.

Our team is connected online and our priority is to stay connected with you all on the updates of the operation of your community as we move forward.

We thank you for your support and understanding at this challenging time for everyone and will issue further information in the coming days.

We look forward to welcoming you all back again in safer times.

Stay well, stay safe, and take care.

Kind Regards,

Club Delaray Management
