Villawood story began in 1989, with a 30-lot development in Bendigo. A syndicate of 16 friends and associates pooled their funds, knowledge and resources to deliver the cul-de-sac named Eaglehawke.
Villawood Properties has supported approximately 300 community groups and causes in its 35 years.
Our flagship Good Friday Appeal Charity Home Auction is highlight of our Villawood Foundation philanthropy initiative, which helps smaller groups that might not otherwise attract corporate support.
In 2022-23, Villawood Properties contributed more than $3.4million to the community through its corporate giving.
