Club Rathdowne, Villawood Properties’ new $7 million Residents’ Club under construction at Wollert, is breaking new ground with resort-style facilities and innovative technology.

Faced with an extended Covid lockdown, Villawood’s launched a virtual fly-through tour for visitors to explore the residents’ club online.

The result is an immersive 3D, go-to-whoa trip plotting the club’s evolution from open paddock to industry-leading social and recreational community hub.

The evolutionary fly-through is the latest innovative by the award-winning Villawood, which has pioneered among other things VR headset tours of its communities, major water and power savings, online deposits facilities and care worker assistance packages.

Villawood has surged through the Covid lockdown with no less than four new project releases, with project sell-outs and with extensive civil works and stage releases – even a UDIA best residential subdivision for its Montego Hills community.

Club Rathdowne, designed by leading urban architects Clarke Hopkins Clarke, is a vibrant luxury facility with everything you need to relax, exercise or socialise.

Construction has just started but the virtual fly-through brings the Club to life now by taking you on an exciting tour of its gym, swimming pools and wet-deck, café, communal barbecue, tennis court, entertaining spaces and more.

Villawood’s Residents Clubs are setting the benchmark for lifestyle and facilities in greenfields projects in Australia.

They’re bringing people together, providing a real heads-up for potential buyers and helping Villawood land a raft of industry awards for design, masterplanning and community engagement.
