Villawood, Gasparin Partner for Premium Half Moon Bay

Villawood Properties has joined forces with the Gasparin Group to launch an up-market 260-lot resident project at Cairns.

The 19.6-ha Half Moon Bay, on the waterfront at Trinity Park on Cairns’ northern beaches,

will set aside 35 per cent of the site for open space, a mangrove conservation area, wetlands and parks and playgrounds.

With 13.9 hectares of developable land, the concept is a private, gated community with a community title scheme. Home and land offerings will feature low-maintenance, architecturally designed, three and four-bedroom homes and terraces.

Homes will be built on blocks averaging 450sqm in what will be a thriving, integrated mixed-use community that blends with its waterfront surrounds.

Overlooking the pristine Coral Sea, Half Moon Bay will be an exclusive beachfront community. All homes will have direct access to the Half Moon Bay Beach and Trinity Park foreshore.

Beachfront residences will be neighbouring the Half Moon Bay Marina and Golf Club. Palm Cove and the Cairns CBD are a short drive away, with retail, entertainment, top education and everything else you need.

An exclusive resident-only leisure facility is part of the masterplan, with resort-style luxury, featuring a resort pool, sun-lounging areas, gym and multi-purpose space.
