We are proud to have hosted another popular Open Day event at the glorious Sherwood Grange on Saturday 4th of June. The community was abuzz with potential buyers and happy purchasers as they explored the neighbourhood and recently announced Stage 5 Release D lots.

With over 50 people in attendance, plus the Metricon and Elements Design & Build teams, the day was full of activity. Prospective buyers discussed potential layouts and orientations of their homes with the experts. They also spoke about how their future houses would look nestled along the stunning streetscapes and between the parklands.

Local Sunbury businesses provided irresistible hot jam doughnuts and perfectly brewed Melbourne-grade coffee to help combat the cool weather. This gave purchasers a sneak peek into the delicacies that are on offer locally and we have no doubt these delicious treats will influence buyer’s decisions to move into Sherwood Grange.
