Our Portfolio

Villawood has accrued an enviable catalogue of innovative, community-focussed and award-winning projects over three decades.
Villawood’s current land bank totals more than 20,000 allotments. It has a portfolio of 64 completed residential projects, 24 currently being created and another 19 in the pipeline.

These are distributed across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. New acquisitions are in constantly being negotiated and Villawood is actively broadening its horizons with innovative projects targeting new and exciting market opportunities.

Stakeholders

Central to Villawood’s modus operandi is the principle of partnership.

Numerous stakeholders – be it government, community groups, financial institutions, public agencies or private partners – make up a very real college of like-minded partners with Villawood.

The glue of these partnerships is an unwavering commitment to pursue the best interests of all through benchmark developments characterised by expertise, innovation, community, integrity and delivery.

Villawood’s partnerships are communities built on common ground. Each joint project is a financial entity in its own right and some of Villawood’s most ground-breaking efforts have involved government – viz, Aquarevo and South East Water – as well as banks and other financial bodies.
