Our purchasers had the opportunity to visit their blocks and commemorate the moment as they start their next exciting chapter of building their home at William Lakes.
It was a fantastic morning filled with friendly faces, exciting updates, and a wonderful sense of community. With over 100 attendees across Stages 2, 7 & 8, the event truly showcased what it means to be part of the William Lakes community.

Future residents kicked off the day with coffee, morning tea and champagne mimosas and an update from the development team before heading on-site to visit their lots. It was a great chance to meet neighbours, share stories, and build the connections that make a neighbourhood feel like home.
