Villawood Properties launches new Maidens Green at Moama

Villawood Properties is launching the new 140-lot Maidens Green community, our third residential project in Moama’s north-east, following the purchase of a 16-hectare parcel on Kiely Road.

The plans follow on from our highly successful Maidens Estate and Lakeview builds in Moama. Lakeview is presently completing its final two stages.

The Kiely Road lots will range from 500 to 1280 sqm, projecting buyer options and design variation in the development.

We’re excited to be launching our third community in Moama. We’ve had a really encouraging response with our first two outings and we’re looking to provide the premium lots that byers have shown us they want.
