Villawood Properties’ VillaRange suite of homes has taken out the UDIA Victoria Affordability Excellence Award.

The homes include 2BR and 3BR single and two-storey designs at a market-disrupting price point for purchasers unable to access the mainstream market.

VillaRange’s designs are testimony to the innovative efforts of architect and developer to offer realistic access to a new breed of lifestyle and community-focussed homes in greenfield developments.
