The Latest Activity Onsite at Seacliff Village
We’re closer than ever to opening the first stage of Seacliff Village!
If you’ve been past Seacliff Village lately, you can’t help but notice the significant site progress visible across the project.
Stage 1 civil and earthworks are complete, including our brand new entry roundabout which is now open to the public.
Landscape works are progressing well, with grass installed to the verges, street trees planted, and stone cladding being installed to the raised garden beds. Completion is expected in December 2025, including delivery of the stage 1 main reserve as well as completion of streetscapes.
We also have an incredible mural taking shape at the project entry, an artistic nod to the movement of the seascape as well as the endless motion of the tides and waves. This mural is being delivered for us by local artist Nicole Black – click below to read more about Nicole and her artwork.
