The Arbour Burleigh has reached a significant milestone, with homesites in Stages one and two now registered and build-ready. Buyers in the first two stages are now one step closer to making The Arbour home with many putting their dream home build plans in motion.

Just a handful of registered homesites remain available. With more than 90 per cent of the land released to date at The Arbour now sold, Villawood Properties is preparing to unveil its latest offering, which will open up more opportunities for a lucky few to call The Arbour home.

Residential land, especially large lots suitable to accommodate a family home, has become scarce on the Gold Coast, particularly land within proximity to quality infrastructure on the southern end of the city.

Villawood Properties has been working hard to unlock more land to satisfy continued demand and will be announcing the latest land offering in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, construction of Cowell Drive is now complete, providing direct access into The Arbour, making the Sales Office now accessible via both Cowell Drive and Sullivan Road.

Residents and visitors to The Arbour will be greeted by two flying pelicans at the entrance to the estate with Villwood’s signature corten steel public artworks created by the one and only Folko Kooper recently installed.
