South Australia Shines at UDIA Awards
Villawood’s South Australia team has shown its skill, dedication and drive with two prestigious awards at the 2024 UDIA SA Excellence Awards.
Development manager Annie Russell received the highly-sought Stuart Main Young Leader Award.
A tireless and inspirational figure in the planning and delivery of our St Andrews community, and our upcoming The Quarter project at the Morphettville Racecourse, Annie is an outstanding example of the next generation of leaders in the development industry. Villawood is very proud of her and delighted to see her excellence recognised by the UDIA.
Villawood also took out the 2024 Marketing Excellence Award for its Care Worker Support Program. This program helps keep housing within reach for health, welfare and essential service workers. Diverse marketing activity was supported by personalised face-to-face interaction with eligible care workers, adding authenticity to genuine community development.
