Seacliff Village comes to life as retail build begins
Building works have started on The Village retail precinct set within the $900m masterplanned Seacliff Village development in Adelaide’s south.
The centre will be a welcome amenity for upcoming residents of Seacliff Village’s homes, being delivered in conjunction with Villawood Properties.
Anchored by Coles, the 7865 sqm centre is being built by CIP Constructions. It will include Liquorland, Terry White Chemists and Anytime Fitness outlets, more than 400 car parks, 10 EV charge stations and four click and collect parks. A further selection of shops, services and dining options are in the pipeline.

The centre will be an important precinct for the Seacliff Village residents within this premium boutique coastal community featuring architecturally designed terrace homes and future apartments with all amenities in close reach while also less than 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD.
Seacliff Village has experienced strong market demand, with the first residential stage now almost sold out. Civil construction has been completed along with the central reserve and terrace homes are currently under construction.
Seacliff Village is one of multiple key Adelaide projects by the national developer Villawood Properties alongside its 1500-lot Oakden Rise with Renewal SA, 1700-lot William Lakes at Gawler and almost-complete 700-lot St Andrews at Andrews Farm in the city’s north.
Villawood Properties is also delivering the giant $300 million Morphettville Racecourse redevelopment with the South Australian Jockey Club and has partnered with Renewal SA for the 800-lot net-zero community upcoming at Aldinga.
