Villawood Properties are hard at work to deliver the impressive Oakden Rise Sales and Experience Centre on the corner of Grand Junction Rd and Fosters Rd, following the first land release last month to meet heavy early market demand.

Following completion and the official grand opening event of 29th October, the centre will be a hub for the community to find out more about Villawood Properties and Oakden Rise, the new place to be.

The 1,500+ home neighbourhood will in turn incorporate a diverse array of housing styles including a mix of VillaRange terraces and free-standing homes, along with vacant land allotments being made available for quality, external builders, and architecturally designed homes.

With works and signage well underway, Villawood Properties anticipate to officially launch the project with the opening of the Sales and Experience centre on 29th October for a family fun day event with the local invited community, also giving people an opportunity to purchase land. Once complete, the sales and Experience centre will be open 7 days from 11am – 5pm.

The new sales office reflects Villawood’s styling, with dynamic, bright marketing and assets, and signature giant metal sculptures by Folko sculptures as per all Villawood projects.
