New $250M Baya in Redland Bay, Caring for the Carers

Teachers, nurses and childcare workers are being offered a $20K saving to buy a home at Villawood Properties’ new Baya community in Southeast Queensland’s Redland Bay.

It’s a program aimed at helping essential workers to a region bracing for a population boom.

Assistant Minister for Planning Rebecca Young has turned the first sod to start earthworks on the $250M Baya project, which will inject a sorely-needed 224 premium-value homes into the highly-sought Redlands Coast.
