MEDIA: Villawood Launches New Display Village At Coridale
National Developer Villawood Properties launched its latest Display Village with a carnival event on April 30 at its Coridale Community in Lara.
Kids and families were treated to rides and reptiles, face-painting and roving entertainers with some delectable treats as well – dumplings, paella, gourmet burgers, coffees, crème brulee, donuts or more.
Twenty-two builder homes choc-full of chic contemporary features are open in the display village, with more still to come. Many of the builders were keen to pump up the launch, too, jumping on board with great in-house activations, special offers and giveaways.

Builders presently open are: Porter Davis, Homebuyers Centre, Simonds, Boutique, Metricon, Australian Building Company, Dennis Family Homes, JG King, Eight Homes, Hudson Ridge Builders, Carlisle, Fairhaven and Henley.
Others soon to open are: Sherridon Homes, Hamlan Homes, Geelong Homes, Burbank and Kingsbridge.
The 1100-lot Coridale is progressing rapidly with numerous houses under construction, new stages opening, including medium density releases this weekend.
Construction on a stunning ClarkeHopkinsClarke Residents’ Club is scheduled to start shortly. The multi-million-dollar resort-style club will feature a gym, swimming pool, café, function and family facilities and more.
