Our first land release at Kimberley will be on sale 9:00 am Saturday 25 February.
Drive up and over the bridge into Kimberley and be welcomed home. Delphi Release A is your first opportunity to be part of the Kimberley community. Comprised of 14 blocks ranging from 350sqm to 825sqm, live moments away from parks, wetlands, and the impressive views in this idyllic new community.
The release will be sold on a first-in-line, first-served basis. This release will only be available to purchasers who attend the Kimberley Sales Centre in person, on the release day. Purchasers are required to pay their full deposit and sign a land contract of sale at the time of the release.
