Buying in the greenfields can be nerve-wracking but Villawood is throwing the welcome mat out to buyers with a raft of exclusive multi-million-dollar resort-style clubs. Villawood has no less than four clubs on the go right now, worth a total of $30 million: a $7 million spectacular at Rathdowne in Wollert under construction and three more multi-million offerings set for a build-start at Coridale Lara later this year and Redstone Sunbury and Alamora Tarneit next year.
These follow others peppered right across Villawood’s Melbourne communities from Delaray and Marriott Waters in the southeast to Mickleham’s Trillium, Point Cook’s Alamanda and Geelong’s Armstrong Mount Duneed. Villawood’s idea is to help newcomers to the greenfeilds meet their neighbours, make new friends and also keep active. And buyers are flocking to them like moths to a flame because we build them early and we build them the way buyers want.
With heated and open swimming pools, top-line gymnasiums, boutique café/restaurants, family and function rooms, multi-sport courts, barbecues and gardens, the clubs are immediate hubs. Coffee/lunch catch-ups, school pick-up and drop-off meets, regular workouts, kids splash and wet-deck fun, tennis matches, lap swimming, mums and kids, birthday parties, engagements – even weddings – make up the general hubbub of the centres. Some residents even work from the clubs.
