Information sessions held at Hoyts Cinema, Tea Tree Plaza
To educate the early market demand at Oakden Rise much earlier than the official launch or completion of the Sales and Information Centre, Villawood SA decided to hold multiple Information sessions for the upcoming project.
The sessions were held at Hoyts Cinema, Tea Tree Plaza. The new local for Oakden Rise purchasers.
During the information session, attendees learnt about the project, the Villawood Club, sustainability initiatives, open space vision, design guideline requirements, price guidance, lot types, product details, how to qualify for the first release, Villawood exclusive benefits and much more.
This opportunity gave the public perspective on why Oakden Rise is the new place to be, as well as an opportunity to assess their options in purchasing at Oakden Rise, whether that be in the first release or in future.
