Group Chief Executive Officer

We are currently seeking applications for the role of Group CEO. The purpose of this role is to lead, manage an enthusiastic team, and ensure delivery of our strategic plans.

This newly merged role will be accountable for the successful management of Villawood Properties, and its capital arm Sandhurst Capital.

An essential element of this merged role will be to implement systemization and structure appropriate to streamlined group operations whilst maintaining the family-feel and cultural bonds which has made Villawood Properties the success they are today.

In order to lead the executive team in the achievement of overall commercial objectives our successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate:

  • Executive management experience across both property development and financial investment organisations, supported by a skilled Board
  • High level negotiation skills – complex deal making, acquisition & JV experience
  • Strong financial and business management skills including executive level analysis and reporting
  • Previous Board reporting experience either within listed or private entities
  • Deep knowledge of market and competitors, or demonstrated ability in establishing this within other industries
  • Large scale project management expertise
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrable experience successfully leading and managing teams through change
  • Relevant undergraduate and post graduate qualifications in construction, civil, property
  • development, financial, project management or MBA
