Grants that build communities
Villawood’s Community Grants play an important role in helping our new communities grow and develop.
As we expand our presence in Adelaide, we have been contributing to groups, schools and causes that underpin our shared sense of who and what our communities are – and what they will become.
In Adelaide’s greater north, for instance, Villawood has helped the Gawler Eagles Football Cub, Gawler Rangers Baseball Club and Barossa, Wildlife Rescue with footballs, goals, nets, first-aid kits, food and care items for baby wildlife, and baseball outfits and gear.
“The club is very grateful for Villawood’s support and is keenly watching Villawood’s two developments north and south of Gawler,” says Eagles committee secretary Peter Broelman.
Similarly, we’ve struck a partnership with St Paul’s College and Cedar College to provide students an exclusive work experience insight into how new developments are created.
Building new communities is all about providing the assistance that small groups and cause might not normally attract. About communicating with members of the Villawood family and giving back.
