GFA Charity Auction 2020 Location Revealed!
The site for the 2020 Henley & Villawood Properties’ Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Good Friday Appeal’s (GFA) Charity House Auction has been revealed.
Young Ziggy, aged 3, and the GFA’s Director, Anne Randall, recently helped some big hearted volunteers lay the foundation of the home being built by Henley in Villawood Properties’ Rathdowne community in Wollert.
Going under the hammer in 2020 will be a stunning Electra 35 by Henley, which is a 35 square, 4-bedroom home, located at 5 Newry Street, Wollert, which is part of Villawood’s aspirational Rathdowne community. The GFA Charity House is the heart of this thriving community, within walking distance of a proposed Town Centre, exclusive Residents’ Club, making it an extraordinary home for any family.
2020 is Villawood’s 11th year of involvement with the charity auction. The auction is the business’s single largest philanthropic activity and over the past nine years, Villawood has donated land exceeding a value of $3.1million for the Good Friday Appeal Charity House Auction. The funds we’ve help Henley raise in this time exceed $6.6million. Villawood further expanded the philanthropic partnership with Henley in 2019 to help their QLD operation, Plantation Homes, deliver the House for Life at our Helensvale community, The Surrounds.
The stunning Good Friday Charity House goes under the hammer on Good Friday 10 April 2020, with every cent from the auction donated to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
