Calling All Community Groups
Each year, Villawood Properties is proud to support dozens of smaller community groups, which may otherwise escape the attention of other corporate sponsors, both at a project level and at a corporate level. It goes beyond dollars, with all our staff getting involved to help out to better understand the causes important to each local community.
This year Villawood Properties is again stumping up community bucks to support local groups and residents and calling for applicants to make their best pitch.
We are offering from $500 to $7,500 in grants to successful applicants.
All up, we’re talking a total of $20,000 worth of grants on offer to eligible groups to help out with their activities within the community
This is your opportunity to tell us about your group or cause – we’d love to hear about the important work you are doing for the local community, and how we can assist!
We’re welcoming applications from groups including cultural, recreation, community, not-for-profit, sporting clubs and schools.

Eligibility
Groups must be local organisations operating for more than 12 months in one of the following areas:
Oakden, Northgate, Northfield, Green Acres, Lightsview, Enfield and Hillcrest.
Please note, you do not have to be a sporting group to qualify, any local community group is welcome to apply.
