Big things unfolding at  Coridale where our Club Coridale is steadily taking shape in the capable hands of Spence Construction. This ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects-designed $7.6M resort-style Residents’ Cub will feature a café, swimming pool, gym, sport courts, family and function areas, and more, making it the social and recreational hub of Coridale. Residents will be able to enjoy the club from next year.
Construction is providing more than 150 EFT jobs across construction, supporting and supply industries, injecting around $12 million directly into the local economy with a broader multiplier impact over time of close to $40 million.
