Champagne Block Walk in Stage 1

With completion just around the corner of Villawood’s first stage in South Australia, there was cause for celebration and on Saturday 27th August we rolled out the red carpet! Many new St Andrews residents enjoyed a glass of bubbly on their new block, and a chance to catch up with new neighbours and visualise their dream home site.

The St Andrews project team are excited to deliver practical completion of Stage 1 this September 2022, with the all important asphalt due to be completed on September 14.

For purchasers in Stage 2, bulk earthworks have already been completed and we can expect to begin construction of services in this stage shortly.
