Armstrong December Community & Construction Update

Christmas is coming and we’re all looking forward to some warm summer days. It’s a special time of year on the coast with families celebrating in the great outdoors and generally enjoying the good life.

Since our last update a lot’s been happening in construction and things have been moving ahead well.

We are very excited to announce our much-anticipated Club Armstrong upgrade is forecast to open in February 2024! The number of new residents at ARMSTRONG has grown substantially since Club Armstrong was first built, so additional space for our work and play is set to redefine club living once again.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone in our wonderful ARMSTRONG family. However you celebrate this festive season, we wish you a time of peace, joy and fun!

P.S. We’re open during the holiday period, however closed on December 25, 26 & January 1, 2024.

Sincerely,
The ARMSTRONG Team.

Construction Update

Club Armstrong Extension Nearing Completion

The $2million-dollar extension to our Club Armstrong facility at Mt Duneed is wrapping up construction, with the two-storey facility set to host a range of community use features.

The sleek ClarkeHopkinsClarke-designed club upgrade, being built by Spence Constructions, will be connected to the club’s existing shed, previously used as a community men’s shed. The fit-out is forecast to be complete early next year – keep an eye out for the official opening!

NOVA Park Almost Ready For Take Off!

Stay tuned – we are rescheduling the NOVA park launch for early next year once the park is complete. And it will still be a total cosmic blast – the biggest and best for our final Armstrong park launch, with astronauts, Star Wars characters and all sorts of stellar entertainment.
