600 UP AT ALAMORA
Meet Raghav Kurapathi Balajiright and Gayatri Tate, the delightful 600th purchasers at our Alamora community in Tarneit.
A landscape architect, Gayatri worked as a design consultant for Alamora’s fourth stage as well as its newly-opened feature playground, Feronia Avenue Park. It provided an insight that really made Alamora the “perfect option” ahead of numerous other estates in the area.
“I’d seen for myself the quality of Villawood’s projects,” she says.
Gayatri and Raghav did their sums and their homework as well, making sure everything added up properly before signing on.
“We were drawn to Alamora after doing a lot of research about investing and looking at all the other estates around Truganina,” said Gayatri.
“Alamora’s overall facilities, and I’d seen for myself the quality of Villawood’s projects, really made it the perfect option.
“We considered the location and the infrastructure coming in the next few years. Like the Cub Alamora, which we will both be using a lot. Also, what will be provided to the community and Alamora’s connectivity to the community.
“The property value will also be enhanced by the schools, the train station and community centre, the Wyndham City Stadium.”
Welcome aboard Gayatri and Raghav, it’s lovely to have you in the Villawood family.
