Big things are unfolding in Adelaide where Villawood’s $350m revamp of the historic Morphettville Racecourse is starting to come on board.

At Monday’s Adelaide Cup, we launched the display suite for The Quarter, a trackside residential offering which is the initial part of the broader project and set to transform the heritage course with high-end commercial, specialty retail and community spaces.
