Every cent from the GFA Charity Auction’s proceeds goes to the Royal Children’s Hospital, so we do everything we can to deliver a fantastic result come auction day!
Not only does one fortunate family get to purchase a beautiful home in an emerging Melbourne suburb, but their successful bid is a significant donation to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
The street party surrounding each Good Friday Appeal Charity Home Auction offers a memorable day out for the local families, with plenty of free entertainment, capped off by Channel Seven’s coverage of the auction itself.
2024 marks our 15th year of working with Henley to deliver the Good Friday Appeal Charity Home Auction. This year’s home is located in our vibrant Alamora community in Tarneit. The lot we selected to donate is a 476sqm block, set amongst 15 hectares of open space with inspiring parks, playgrounds, and an abundance of amenities nearby. Residents can enjoy easy access to existing supermarkets, retail, medical services, transport, and education options – both primary and secondary – plus access to the future resort-style Residents’ Only, Club Alamora.
Henley’s big-hearted volunteers have once again delivered the goods, building the brand new Lily 352-D38, featuring the contemporary Luna facade. This 7-star energy efficient home presents four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, four living spaces including a separate study, and an alfresco with spacious backyard for entertaining all year round!
A record total of $1,110,000 will go to improving the health of Royal Children’s Hospital kiddies after the Good Friday Appeal home was sold under the auctioneer’s hammer at Villawood’s Alamora community in Tarneit.
