The Simonds Homes “Villawood Exclusive Offer” (Offer) commences 12 September 2022, and is only available to customer(s) who have not:

• Signed any sales documentation with Simonds Homes[2];
• Signed a building contract with Simonds Homes; or
• Paid a deposit or any other fees to Simonds Homes in anticipation of any preliminary work or other building work

before 12 September 2022.

This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Simonds Homes offer, other than:

• “Simonds Range Finishing Touches”;
• “METRO RISE Upgrades”; and
• “Xpress “Range Xpress Yourself”.

Customer(s) eligible under this Offer will receive a discount of up to $14,000 included in their building contract with Simonds Homes (Discount).[3]

Offer is limited to one Discount per building contract.

Each Discount is design specific and may be calculated based on the location of the customer(s) land and the date in which the customer(s) land becomes titled.

This Offer is only available to customer(s) who purchase a Simonds Home within a participating Villawood community,[4] and is subject to:

• The customer(s) paying the initial fee to Simonds Homes by 11:59pm, 9 October 2022;
• All sales documentation, provided by Simonds Homes to the customer(s), being signed by the customer(s) (where applicable) and returned to Simonds Homes by 11.59pm, 28 October 2022; and
• The customer(s) paying all required fees (to Simonds Homes) as identified in the sales documentation, no later than 14 days after receiving the sales documentation. [5]
• The building works described in the building contract commencing no later than 28 February 2023
