Thirty-five years along its remarkable journey, Villawood Properties is Australia’s leading greenfields developer. Its reputation, built on a record of innovative quality, community care and delivery, has set benchmarks for developers across the country. Our modest Bendigo beginnings of 1989 have grown exponentially to 73 completed projects, with 29 currently on market and a pipeline of at least 18 more, covering the full length of the eastern seaboard from Adelaide to Cairns.
The Villawood Spirit mantra is simple but profound: It’s About Life. This means building long-lasting ties and groups, friendships and networks. It’s not just about houses and blocks of land. It is about helping build greater purpose into people’s lives, about watching each other’s backs and caring for one another.
For the past 36 years, Villawood has been setting the industry benchmarks with the community focus of its many greenfield projects.
Features and facilities such as our residents’ clubs and great parks, along with our philanthropy program and giving back to the community, help create a level of genuine happiness among residents you won’t find elsewhere.
In this final installment, Foundation Ambassador Jacqui Felgate chats with our Executive Director Rory Costelloe on Villawood’s success and legacy.
