From 15 February 2019, the ‘referrer’ – person who provides their friend’s contract details to Villawood – must have purchased at a Villawood Properties residential estate (or have entered in to a contract to purchase).
Land must be purchased directly from Villawood Properties in order to be eligible for the offer. Referrers will receive $500 – $1000 (depending on location) for each referral with Villawood once the referred party purchases at a Villawood Properties residential estate.
The referrals must be registered with Villawood Properties prior to the referred customers purchase in order for payment to be made.
Registration forms are to be submitted online only, and are available through the Villawood website or estate websites – hard copy forms will not be accepted.
The referred customer must not be an existing Villawood customer and must not be on the Villawood database prior to referral. The referred person/couple may only be referred once. The referred person/couple must purchase with six (6) months of being referred to Villawood for the referral to remain valid.
The offer is available subject to settlement of both the referrer and referred party’s properties, and the money will only be issued once settlement of both lots has occurred. Settlement must take place as per contractual agreements within 14 days of titles being issued. It is the responsibility of the referrer to contact Villawood Properties via phone on 03 9695 3000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org once both lots have settled to claim.
Villawood Properties reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue offer at any time.
