Your eligibility for and participation in this referral program is subject to the following terms & conditions.
Eligibility to participate
To be eligible to participate in the referral program, you must:
1. have purchased, or have entered into a contract to purchase, land from Villawood Properties at a Villawood Properties residential estate since 15 February 2019; and
2. not be an employee of Villawood Properties or its related companies.
Entitlement to $1,000 reward
Provided that you satisfy the eligibility criteria above, you will be entitled to receive the $1,000 referral reward only if:
1. you refer a friend or family member (the “referee”) to Villawood Properties by completing and submitting an online form via the website at https://villawoodproperties.com.au/refer-a-friend/ (your “online referral”) (hard copy forms will not be accepted);
2. your online referral is submitted by you, and received by Villawood Properties, between (and including) the dates 1 December 2023 and 30 November 2024 (and, for clarity, not before 1 December 2023)
3. the referee is not an existing Villawood Properties customer, and is not on the Villawood Properties database prior to your online referral being submitted;
4. you have not previously referred the referee to Villawood Properties, and the referee did not refer you to Villawood Properties;
5. the referee enters into a contract for the purchase of land directly from Villawood Properties at a Villawood Properties estate within 6 months of your online referral being submitted;
6. settlement occurs for both your and your referee’s lots from Villawood Properties in accordance with the contract and within 14 days of titles being issued;
7. you contact Villawood Properties via phone on 03 9695 3000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org once both lots have settled to claim the reward; and
8. Villawood Properties determines (in its discretion, acting reasonably) that you are eligible for and entitled to the $1,000 reward.
Other terms to be aware of
1. If Villawood Properties determines (in its discretion, acting reasonably) that you are eligible for and entitled to the $1,000 reward, Villawood Properties will transfer $1,000 to your nominated bank account within 30 days thereafter.
2. Where you are two or more persons, Villawood Properties will only make one $1,000 payment (in total) to one bank account nominated by you.
3. This referral program does not apply to any referral submitted before 1 December 2023, including any referral before 1 December 2023 where settlement of the land is yet to occur for you or the referee after that date. However, you may be entitled to a referral reward under Villawood Properties’ former referral program, details of which are accessible at villawoodproperties.com.au/refer-friend-terms-and-conditions/.
4. A referral does not oblige either Villawood Properties or the referee to enter into a contract for the sale of land.
5. You must not hold yourself out as having authority to represent or bind Villawood Properties. You must not do any act which might reasonably create the impression that you are so authorised.
6. Villawood Properties reserves the right to review, amend the terms of or discontinue this referral program at any time. This action will not affect any entitlement to any referral reward which arose before any change to or discontinuation of this referral program.
7. This offer does not apply to our Drew’s Paddock, Estuary, Frawleys Paddock, Imagine, Maidens Green and Rhondda Park Projects.
8. This offer is valid until 30 November 2024.
From 15 February 2019, the ‘referrer’ – person who provides their friend’s contract details to Villawood – must have purchased at a Villawood Properties residential estate (or have entered in to a contract to purchase).
Land must be purchased directly from Villawood Properties in order to be eligible for the offer. Referrers will receive $500 – $1000 (depending on location) for each referral with Villawood once the referred party purchases at a Villawood Properties residential estate.
The referrals must be registered with Villawood Properties prior to the referred customers purchase in order for payment to be made.
Registration forms are to be submitted online only, and are available through the Villawood website or estate websites – hard copy forms will not be accepted.
The referred customer must not be an existing Villawood customer and must not be on the Villawood database prior to referral. The referred person/couple may only be referred once. The referred person/couple must purchase with six (6) months of being referred to Villawood for the referral to remain valid.
The offer is available subject to settlement of both the referrer and referred party’s properties, and the money will only be issued once settlement of both lots has occurred. Settlement must take place as per contractual agreements within 14 days of titles being issued. It is the responsibility of the referrer to contact Villawood Properties via phone on 03 9695 3000 or email email@example.com once both lots have settled to claim.
Villawood Properties reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue offer at any time.
