Villawood Properties has grown to become one of Australia’s most-trusted residential land developers. This reputation is the culmination of over 30 years experience and a proven track record in delivering innovative, community-focused developments.
From modest beginnings in 1989 developing small subdivisions in Bendigo, to the large scale masterplanned communities we deliver today, Villawood Properties commitment has and always will be to create vibrant communities where the people who live there form strong and lasting relationships.
Everything we do links back to our core values of Creativity, Passion, Innovation, Sustainability and above all, Community.
People are happier when they feel connected.
Villawood’s signature Residents’ Clubs are thriving central hubs offering premium lifestyle facilities where people living in our communities can form genuine connections with their neighbours.
Whether it’s working out in the gym, taking some time out in the parents’ lounge, having a swim with the kids, hosting a special birthday in the function room, or even a coffee with your neighbours, the Club is the place to relax, recharge and connect.
From the very early planning stages of a community, we set out to create something our residents will love for how it adds to their health and wellbeing. From vision to reality, happy, healthy and connected communities are what we deliver.
For nearly two decades, Folko Kooper has been creating breathtaking statement pieces for Villawood’s communities. We asked him to share his thoughts on how art can bring people together.
“This is only a small part of bringing people together, but it helps to bring down guards and barriers in people. I think people living with art in their community have a proud feel of ownership. It helps to define the boundaries of the community.
“Villawood creates spaces in their projects that facilitate getting to know your neighbours. Places like barbecue areas, terrific play spaces that ask for community participation, green open spaces with the ambience that encourages conversation,” says Folko.
Villawood’s Care Worker Support Program was created back in 2018 so that people who are employed as care workers, and work within a 10km radius of a Villawood community that they are seeking to buy in, could be eligible for a rebate on their block of land.
Villawood’s Care Worker Support Program is lifting savings from $20K to $35K in a community-targeted affordability drive to mark our 35th birthday.
