Villawood Clubs Shortlisted for UDIA Award

Club Coridale, located in Lara is Villawood’s ninth and latest Club to open to residents.

Villawood’s residents’ club model has been shortlisted for the Victorian UDIA’s 2024 Marketing Award.

Villawood presently has nine signature resort-style, exclusive clubs to date, the latest at Coridale in Lara.

A 10th club is under construction at Tarneit, Club Alamora, while an 11^th, Club Redstone, is poised to begin construction shortly at Sunbury. Others in the medium-term future include Club Kimberley at Sunbury and two Club Moorabool facilities at Geelong.

More again are planned interstate, at Oakden Rise and William Lakes in Adelaide, South Australia, and Half Moon Bay at Cairns, Queensland.

Our Club Rathdowne at Wollert is already recipient of a UDIA Great Place Award and judges recently visited the club before shortlisting our broader club model for this year’s marketing award.

Villawood’s club marketing includes a powerful array of initiatives and ongoing efforts to engage potential clients directly and across multiple platforms.

These include with everything from videos, virtual fly-throughs and huge renders to resident testimonials, workshops, grand opening events and strong advertising across online, mainstream media and database communications.

The clubs, of course, offer high-end value and lifestyle benefits. Their features are many and they are highly sought by homebuyers.
