Villawood Properties’ VillaRange homes has received a prestigious Judges Commendation in the Housing Affordability category of the UDIA National Awards.
The commendation follows VillaRange’s UDIA Victoria Housing Affordability Award win last year and represents industry confirmation of what we’ve been saying for some time – that VillaRange is a realistic purchasing option for many people locked out of the market by the affordability crisis.
Villawood’s work, together with architects Studio Nine Architects and Rachcoff Vella Architecture Vella, started by tackling a niche market that we saw as unserviced.
That market is now morphing into a mainstream sector where Villawood and VillaRange are leaders in the game.
