Late last month the Rathdowne, Wollert team celebrated with their 2024 Community Grant recipients.

Hosted at Club Rathdowne, each of the groups, along with their community grants, received a gift pack and certificate and gave a talk on the amazing work they do within the local community.

Groups included the Whittlesea Men’s Shed, Wollert Fire Brigade – CFA, Udaya Sports and Arts Club, Wollert Secondary College, the 1st Epping Scout Group and the Multicultural Festival Group Inc with several of these groups having members resident at Rathdowne.

Some of the groups generously offered to run community workshops and activations during future Club events and everyone enjoyed amazing food and drink from the Club Café, 4 Seeds. With live music and a fantastic friendly atmosphere everyone shared stories, made new contacts, friends and neighbours.

Villawood is dedicated to supporting local community groups around our estates in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia.
