Oakden Rise community day: celebrating stage 2 park front release now selling & stage 1 under construction
Last week, during an extensive heatwave in SA, we formally started construction on site in stage 1 at Oakden Rise, which includes our future display village!
To celebrate this milestone, we ran a fun filled community day on Saturday 25th February, and announced the new release of land allotments and VillaRange in stage 2!
The event contained music, kids games, face painting, balloon artists, ice cream, a community run sausage sizzle and information stalls featuring our sponsorship partners; ParaVista Cricket Club and our friends from HomeStart Finance.
It was fantastic to have hundreds of people from our local community visit throughout the day, interacting with local community groups and speaking with the team in the sales office about our project or purchasing for themselves. Thank you to all who attended.
Our neighbours, Adelaide City Football Club, were also excited to receive $5,000 in community grants to assist the women’s team in the supply of new equipment, they even ran a great BBQ for everyone on the day!
