Key Facelift for Adelaide's West

Adelaide’s western suburbs are preparing to welcome an influx of new residents, led by one of the state’s most exciting new developments, and one that’s certain to get horse-lovers’ hearts racing; Villawood Properties‘ The Quarter at Morphettville, Adelaide’s premier horse racing venue.

Building activity has kicked off as purchases settle and builders move in and set up shop, marking the start of the South Australian Jockey Club’s $350m rejuvenation of the heritage sporting complex.
