Inclusive & Accessibility Community Feedback Wanted

Villawood’s Mike Treloar, ABC’s Ainslee Hooper and genU’s Natasha Williams at Burbank’s All Abilities House at Armstrong Mount Duneed.

Are you a resident of the Armstrong Mt Duneed community and one of the 20% of Australians living with some form of disability? If your answer is ‘Yes’, then we’d love to hear from you.

We pride ourselves on building sustainable communities that our residents are proud to call home. We also understand that our communities are made up of people from diverse backgrounds, as well as a range of ages and family units. We strive to ensure that our residents have all the facilities and access to things that you need. However, we understand that because everyone is different, the needs of our residents will differ from household to household. This is particularly so when it comes to the needs of our residents who live with a disability.

Recently, Villawood Properties met with Ainslee Hooper, an anthropologist living with a disability who has a passion for helping businesses ensure they are addressing the needs of individuals living with a disability. You can read about her business Accessability Business Consulting here: http://villawoodproperties.com.au/…/ramping-up-accessibil…/

To ensure that we are doing our bit to make our remarkable community as inclusive and accessible as possible, Ainslee would like to speak to all residents living with a disability. Your personal details will remain private and confidential between you and Ainslee, but the insights will help us ensure we are doing what we can to make sure residents living with a disability are able to get the most of our community.

To register your interest, you can contact Ainslee on info@accessabilityconsulting.com.au
