It’s the Geelong home market’s newest and sharpest inspiration destination – the latest display village at Villawood Properties’ multi-awarded Armstrong Mount Duneed community.

The Whites Road display village hosts 32 new homes by 19 top-line builders and was launched with a fun-packed family fair that attracted 800 people.

The family carnival launch featured rides, cannoli and pizza food trucks, a coffee cart, live music, a roaming magician, gelato, kids’ characters, face painting and an appearance by Scott Cam.

The fourth display village to be hosted at Villawood’s Armstrong, it showcases the latest and greatest designs and stylings in Australian contemporary single and double-storey family housing.

The new display village coincides with the final sales at the multi award-winning 3000-lot Armstrong Mount Duneed.

Launched in 2012, Armstrong has transformed Geelong’s southern growth corridor with its industry-leading urban design, resident club model, extensive parks/playground infrastructure and open space, community engagement and support – drawing multiple industry awards over the journey.

The flagship of Villawood’s many nation-wide projects, its final sales now set the pace for the developer’s upcoming $4bn, 4000-lot Moorabool community in Geelong’s new Western Growth Corridor. The display village will provide a valuable inspiration resource for home builders at Armstrong and potential purchasers at Moorabool.

Villawood is this year overseeing its most ambitious display village program yet, with a total 145 new display homes across four communities in Geelong and Melbourne in a co-ordinated rollout that gives homebuyers unmatched exposure to the best builders in the country.
