Villawood Properties Platinum Club Membership delivers a range of benefits to those who register including a $500 – $1,000 (depending on location) rebate on your first Land Purchase; notice of land releases ahead of general public and the opportunity to win prizes by entering competitions through the monthly Platinum Club Newsletter. Early access to new land and the rebate on land does not apply when it is via a Ballot. The $500 – $1,000 rebate is valid only for a limited time frame on day of release, please liaise with sales agent to confirm.
To be eligible to receive these Platinum Club benefits, you must comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
1. You must register to join the Platinum Club online before you pay a deposit on any land within a Villawood Community.
2. You must pay the full deposit required on the land (as advised by the Villawood Community’s sales agent) at the same time as you sign the contract.
3. The $500 – $1,000 rebate on the Land Purchase will be provided as a discount on the amount required to be paid by you at settlement of your purchase subject to you remaining a member of the Platinum Club and completing settlement in accordance with the terms of the contract.
4. You will only receive the rebate on the first lot that is purchased by you within a Villawood Community. If you purchase a second or
subsequent lot within that same Villawood Community you will not receive the discount on these lots.
5. The benefits are not transferable to a third party. If you do not complete settlement of the purchase and instead transfer the lot to a third party
by nomination or a new sale the discount will not be available at settlement.
