Terms and Conditions

To be eligible to receive these Platinum Club benefits, you must comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

You must register to join the Platinum Club online before you pay a deposit on any land within a Villawood Community
You must pay the full deposit required on the land (as advised by the Villawood Community’s sales agent) at the same time as you sign the contract.
The $1,000 saving on the Land Purchase will be provided as a discount on the amount required to be paid by you at settlement of your purchase subject to you remaining a member of the Platinum Club and completing settlement in accordance with the terms of the contract.
You will only receive the $1,000 savings on the first lot that is purchased by you within a Villawood Community. If you purchase a second or subsequent lot within the same Villawood Community you will not receive the discount on these lots.
The benefits are not transferable to a third party. If you do not complete settlement of the purchase and instead transfer a lot to a third party by nomination or a new sale the discount will not be available at settlement.

*Early access to new land releases is not included when it is via a ballot.
