Referral Clauses & Rules

From 7 July 2026, the ‘referrer’ – person who provides their friends contact details to Villawood – must be a purchaser at the Redstone residential estate (or have entered into a contract to purchase). Referrers will receive $3000 for each referral if the referred party purchases at the Redstone residential estate. The referrals must be registered with Villawood Properties prior to the referred customers purchase for a payment to be made. Registration forms are to be submitted online only; the form is available through the Redstone website. Hard copy forms will not be accepted. Land must be purchased directly from Villawood Properties to be eligible for the offer. The referred customer must not be an existing Villawood customer and must not be on the Villawood database prior to referral. The referred person/s may only be referred once. The referred person/s must purchase within six (6) months of being referred to Villawood for the gift to remain valid. The offer is available subject to settlement of both the referrer and the referrer party’s properties, and the $3000 will only be issued once settlement of both lots has occurred. Settlement must take place as per contractual agreements – within 14 days of titles being issued. It is the responsibility of the referrer to contact Villawood Properties via phone or email (03 9695 3000 or villawood@villawoodproperties.com) once both lots have settled. Villawood Properties reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue the offer at any time. This offer is not in conjunction with any other offers.
