Club Redstone – Construction is well underway, with the doors expected to open in October.

Shepherds Lane Wetland – Detailed civil and landscape designs have been re-submitted to Melbourne Water for approval. Interim works have been completed to accommodate current stages.

Turnberry Wetland – Detailed design and landscape plans are under review by Melbourne Water and council for approval.

Sewer Pump Station – Complete.

Display Village 2 – Homes are now under construction, with an official opening forecast for Summer.
