Construction has started on an $18M resort-style club at Villawood Properties’ masterplanned Redstone project in Sunbury. The exclusive residents-only club was kickstarted by Sunbury MP Josh Bull in a sod-turn shovel event with Villawood executives this week. The club, designed by architects ClarkeHopkinsClarke, will be built by the Jardon Group and is scheduled to start operations in spring 2026.

The Jardon Group has been appointed to build a luxury $16.5 million residents’ club at Villawood Properties’ Redstone community in Sunbury. Construction on the exclusive ClarkeHopkinsClarke-designed lifestyle facility, is due to get under way in March with the club expected to open mid-2026.
