We believe in a seamless process for taking deposits. That’s why we created Builder Direct. It’s an ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL and a developer first.
Our Display Builders will have exclusive access to a nominated number of lots within the Builder Direct Release, only Redstone Display Village builders will be allowed to package onto these lots.
Builders will guide potential purchasers through this online payment portal to purchase the ideal block of land at Redstone, Sunbury – with the entire process completed online.
Are lots exclusively allocated for Redstone Display Village builders?
Yes. These lots are held exclusively for display village builders only.
Is a deposit payable?
Yes. A $5,000 deposit is payable via credit card.
What is the process to secure a lot?
The purchaser will need to sign a land contract (e-contract) and pay the balance of the deposit. Oliver Hume will be in touch to coordinate this with the purchaser directly.
Is there a chance the same lot can be sold by two different builders?
No. As soon as the $5,000 deposit is paid, this lot comes off the market until contract signing or cancellation.
How long is the lot held?
72 hours. And a land contract will need to be signed.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is fully refundable up until contract signing. If the purchaser does not proceed within 72 hours, a cancellation notice will be sent. The balance of deposit is payable on contract signing (ie. 10% deposit)
