CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

On behalf of Villawood Properties, we would like to provide you with a construction update for our Rathdowne community.

Stages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
TITLED.

Neighbourhood Park
CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES
Construction for your neighbourhood park is underway with the bulk earthworks and levelling works commenced. The park will be constructed for the remainder of the year and we anticipate it will be open in early 2021.

Club Rathdowne
PLANNING PERMIT ISSUED!
The Planning Permit for Club Rathdowne has been issued from the City of Whittlesea. The Building Permit application is underway and we expect to be on site to commence construction works very soon. Construction period is approximately 12 months, which means the Club could be open as soon as October/November 2021!

Stage 6
CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY
We are happy to advise that construction has advanced ahead of programme with all civil works nearing completion. The testing and authority sign off process is underway along with final lot levelling and survey works. Titles are anticipated prior to Christmas.

We recommend that you contact your lender and legal representative in preparation for settlement. Please contact 9684 8177 if you have any queries.

Stage 6B
ENGINEERING APPROVED
Council engineering approval has been received and we are gearing up to commence construction as soon as possible.

Stage 7, 8, 9 
ENGINEERING APPROVAL PENDING
Engineering plans are with Council for assessment.

Stage 35 & 36 (RATHDOWNE TOWNHOMES)
ENGINEERING APPROVED 
We are happy to advise that civil construction is now underway. Construction is expected to complete in late 2020. Following that, the construction of your Shape townhouse will commence.

Vacant Lots
Whilst many lot owner’s homes are currently under construction, or about to commence, there are several vacant lots within Rathdowne. We remind all purchasers that as the landowner, it is your responsibility to ensure that your lot is kept clean and tidy and the grass is maintained.

If your lot is currently vacant, we urge you to inspect and undertake maintenance works if required.

Nature Strips
Both Villawood and the Rathdowne community value the well-presented streets and open spaces that exist throughout the community, so it is important that we work together to ensure this standard is maintained.

As a Landowner, it is your responsibility to ensure the maintenance of your lot and nature strip post-handover. Please ensure your builder is aware of this requirement so that damage can be avoided and/or rectified.
