CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

On behalf of Villawood Properties, we would like to provide you with a construction update for our Rathdowne community.

Stages 1, 2, 3, 4
TITLED.

Stage 5
PRACTICAL COMPLETION IMMINENT
We recommend you contact your solicitor and lender to prepare for settlement. Construction is nearing practical completion with testing expected in late March, once we obtain sign off from Council. We then require Statement of Compliance approval and lodge for registration at the Titles Office. Title registration anticipated in May/June 2020.

Stage 5A, Central Park
PARK PLANS APPROVED
Rathdowne’s Central Park plans are approved. Construction is anticipated to commence in May/June with completion expected prior to Christmas. This park will include custom play equipment, a neighbourhood dog park and large open kick-about space. Image above is an artist impression of this future amenity.

Stage 6
ENGINEERING APPROVAL PENDING
Engineering approval is pending with Council. We are hoping to commence construction imminently.

Stage 6B
ENGINEERING APPROVAL PENDING
Engineering approval is pending with Council. We anticipate to commence construction by June 2020.

Stage 7
ENGINEERING APPROVAL PENDING
Engineering plans are with Council for assessment.
