On behalf of Villawood Properties, we would like to provide you with a construction update for our Rathdowne community.
Stages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Construction of Club Rathdowne is underway along with the adjoining Stage 6A. Earthworks and site benching is now complete with foundation works commencing shortly. Club Rathdowne will be open late this year!
If you haven’t already done so, we welcome you to visit www.rathdowne.club and experience the virtual fly through of this fantastic facility.
Construction of the neighbourhood park is underway with the bulk earthworks complete and play equipment installation commencing shortly. We anticipate works to be complete and the park open early this year.
Construction has commenced on Stage 6B with bulk earthworks, sewer and drainage complete. The water and gas services have been installed and road construction is to commence shortly.
Stage 7, 8, 9
ENGINEERING APPROVAL PENDING
Engineering plans are with Council for final approval and works are currently being tendered for construction commencement.
Stage 35 & 36 (RATHDOWNE TOWNHOMES)
We are happy to advise that Stage 35 & 36 has been lodged with the Titles Office. Title registration is expected over the next two weeks with settlements to occur thereafter in February. If you haven’t already, please contact your lender and legal representative to prepare for settlement. Valuation access is now available. Whilst many lot owner’s homes are currently under construction, or about to commence, there are several vacant lots within Rathdowne. We remind all purchasers that as the landowner, it is your responsibility to ensure that your lot is kept clean and tidy and the grass is maintained.
If your lot is currently vacant, we urge you to inspect and undertake maintenance works if required.
Both Villawood and the Rathdowne community value the well-presented streets and open spaces that exist throughout the community, so it is important that we work together to ensure this standard is maintained.
As a Landowner, it is your responsibility to ensure the maintenance of your lot and nature strip post-handover. Please ensure your builder is aware of this requirement so that damage can be avoided and/or rectified.

Stage 36 – Prepare for settlement.
Club Rathdowne – Q4 2021.
Stage 6A – Q2 2021.
