Coles has been announced as the major supermarket that will anchor the new $40-million Town Centre located within Rathdowne.
The Neighbourhood Centre will offer outdoor spaces with lush greenery, open courtyards and flexible spaces for the community to come together. It will also feature an amphitheatre-style seating – reflecting the inner-city vibe Rathdowne is all about.
The Town Centre is earmarked to become a one-stop convenience hub for shopping, community and cultural activities.
