Stage 18

Titles have now been issued!

Stage 32

Initial site works are now complete, with sewer construction set to begin in the coming days. This will provide the groundwork for the remaining stage construction. Titles are currently anticipated in August 2026.

Stage 21

Initial site works will continue over the coming weeks. Recent wet weather has caused a slight delay, as the land needs to be dry for works to continue and to ensure the ground can be compacted correctly to achieve level one compaction. Despite this, we are still on track for titles to arrive in October 2026.
