Due to national supply shortages of high-voltage (HV) electrical materials, we have experienced delays to the construction program. As the HV infrastructure needs to be installed before further works can progress, this has unfortunately resulted in an approximately two-month delay.

Our team has been working closely with our contractors and suppliers behind the scenes, and we are pleased to confirm that the required materials have now been secured and works can progress.

Based on the revised construction program, we are anticipating Statement of Compliance in late December 2026. With Council and industry closures over the Christmas period, we expect titles to be issued in late-Jan to early-Feb 2027.
