Stage 18
We are currently awaiting final sign off from Powercor and CFA before titles can be officially issued. While Powercor approval is imminent, we have been advised that CFA sign off is likely to be delayed due to the recent bushfires in Ravenswood and Harcourt, which are taking priority. Realistically, we expect titles to be delayed by a couple of weeks, with mid February now the most likely timeframe. While we are doing everything possible to issue titles as soon as we can, final authority approvals are outside of our control. Rest assured, we will continue to push and expedite the process where possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
Stage 32
Initial site works are complete, with construction scheduled to begin in January. Titles are anticipated for August 2026.
