Construction Update – 22/09/2025

Stage 18

Construction is progressing well. Works on the road base, kerbs, electrical, and fibre are now complete. Road asphalting has recently been finished, with footpath construction currently underway. The recent wet weather has caused a slight delay of a couple of weeks, we are now anticipating titles to be issued in early to mid-January 2026.

Stage 32A

Initial site works are nearing completion, with titles currently expected in July 2026.
