Stage 32
Construction is now in its final stages, with all primary infrastructure works, including asphalt, electrical, fibre and footpaths, now complete.
Final works, including the retaining wall and topsoiling, are currently underway, with all construction anticipated to be completed shortly.
Based on current progress, we are anticipating titles to be issued in September 2026.
Stage 21
Sewer, drainage and water reticulation works are now complete.
Road base and kerb construction are scheduled to commence shortly, allowing the stage to really begin taking shape over the coming weeks.
Based on current progress, we are anticipating titles to be issued in October 2026 and will continue to keep you updated as construction advances.
Stage 22
Planning permit and engineering plans have now been approved, with initial earthworks scheduled to commence in late September 2026.
Based on the current construction program, titles are anticipated to be issued in June 2027. We’ll continue to keep you updated as the project progresses.
