Titles have now been issued!

Stage 18

Construction is well underway. Stormwater, sewer, and water infrastructure works are scheduled for completion by the end of this week, with kerb and channel construction set to commence next week. Titles are anticipated to arrive in early December 2025.

Stage 32A

Initial site works are underway, with titles expected to be issued in June 2026.
