Stage 32
We continue to work through the compliance phase with the authorities. All Council conditions have been met, and we are waiting on Powercor and Coliban Water to provide their approval documents to Council.
We are currently anticipating titles to be issued in late October 2026.
Stage 21
Our contractors continue to progress the works with curb and channel complete and asphalt going down next week. Based on the revised construction program, we are on schedule for Statement of Compliance in late December 2026, and titles in late-Jan to early-Feb 2027.
Stage 22
Earthworks have commenced, with sewer and drainage scheduled to commence in late October 2026.
Based on the current construction program, we are anticipating titles to be issued in June 2027.
