Stage 32

Sewer, drainage, water reticulation, road base and kerb works have now all been completed.

Asphalting works are scheduled to commence this week, weather permitting, with electrical and fibre installation, followed by footpath construction, to commence shortly after.

Across Victoria, there are currently shortages of high voltage power cables due to ongoing geopolitical impacts overseas. Fortunately, thanks to our incredible contractors, who have been able to source alternative supply, we have experienced only minimal delays.

Based on current progress, we are anticipating titles to be issued in early September and will continue to keep you updated as construction advances.

Stage 21

Initial site works have now been completed, with final sewer, drainage and water reticulation works currently underway.

Once these works are complete, our contractors will move forward with road base and kerb construction, allowing the stage to really begin taking shape.

Based on current progress, we are anticipating titles to be issued in early October and will continue to keep you updated as construction advances.
